Would you mind if my character stalked yours on the network?
Would you mind if my character hacked your character's encryptions (if so, please specify the level of encryption you'd be okay with them breaking – ie: 50, 75, 90, that sort of thing)
In Person
Are you okay with my character making inferences of yours?
If so, what sorts? Ie: can it be deduced what job they might do, how old they are, etc? If there's anything you absolutely do not want him to deduce, let me know!
Basically, this is just a general framework. If you can think of anything else that might come up, lay it on me!
But as always, I'm super flexible! Respecting the comfort of the players around me takes precedence over me playing a nosy busybody godmoder. And if you ever feel that I've overstepped my boundaries, please drop me a note, here and I'll fix or retcon accordingly.

Kyle isn't terribly tech savvy when it comes to encryptions. eta: His personal one is pretty low anyway so that's free for hacking, but the 100% encryption is a Timcryption. Bruce should find out only if Tim rats to him
